2. Document writing
Foreign-related patent agents write application documents or edit design application documents through their own understanding of technical disclosure materials or product design and communication with customer technicians, and then send them to customers for confirmation and finalization; If the customer has submitted an application with the same content in China, the foreign agent will modify the China patent application or design application document according to the characteristics of Thai patents, and then translate it into the language required by Thai patents and send it to the customer for confirmation and finalization.
Step 3 submit an application
Li Zhe submitted the final confirmation of the customer together with the power of attorney and other necessary documents to the Intellectual Property Office of Thailand for application.
4. Review and announcement
If the design or utility model meets the formal requirements, the Thai Intellectual Property Office will publish it and enter a 90-day objection period.
5. Authorization to obtain a license
If there is no objection or no objection is established within the objection period, the Intellectual Property Office of Thailand will issue an authorization notice, and Li Zhe will pay the fees on behalf of the customer and obtain the authorization certificate.
6. Annual fee monitoring
For authorized utility models and designs, Li Zhe will monitor the deadline of customers and inform them to pay the annual fee in time. Indonesian design refers to the aesthetic appearance, structure, lines, colors or their combinations with two or three-dimensional shapes used in the production of industrial products, handicrafts and other products.
