(6) Bidding documents shall not require or indicate specific patents, trademarks, names, designs, origins or production suppliers of building materials, components, etc., or other content that may incline or exclude bidding applicants. . If it is necessary to quote the technical standards of a certain production supplier to accurately or clearly describe the technical standards of the project to be tendered, the words "or equivalent to" should be added after the reference.
(7) The tenderer shall stipulate substantive requirements and conditions in the bidding documents and indicate them in an eye-catching manner.

Article 16 The tenderer shall sell prequalification documents or bidding documents at the time and place specified in the prequalification announcement, bidding announcement or bidding invitation. The sales period for pre-qualification documents or bidding documents shall not be less than 5 days.
The fees charged by the tenderer for selling pre-qualification documents and bidding documents shall be limited to compensating the cost of printing and mailing, and shall not be for profit.
