At the beginning of Han Dynasty, Zhao Tuo established Nanyue State in Guangzhou, which lasted for five emperors, * * 93 years (208 BC-65438 BC+065438 BC+065438 BC+0 BC).
By the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period, Ada had established the "Southern Han Kingdom" here, and there were four emperors in the Southern Han Dynasty, which lasted for 55 years (9 17 ~ 97 1).
At the end of the Ming Dynasty, the Nanming Dynasty (which lasted only 40 days) also established its capital in Guangzhou. 10.2, Zhu Yuyu, the Tang king of Nanming Dynasty, was crowned emperor in Guangzhou with the title "Shaowu".
In modern history, Guangzhou also had a short history of building its capital. Both presidents are in Guangzhou:
First, Sun Yat-sen was a very big president in Guangzhou. 1921April general election. On May 5th, Dr. Sun Yat-sen took office as a very big president, and the presidential palace was located in the former site of sun yat-sen memorial hall.
2. Acting President Li Zongren moved to Guangzhou. 1On April 25th, 949, Nanjing Kuomintang government moved south to Guangzhou. The Presidential Palace is located in Shipai (now the campus of South China Normal University) on the outskirts of Guangzhou, and the acting president is Li Zongren.
