1. Business scope that can be expedited:

Trademark change, renewal, transfer, license filing, cancellation, correction, reissuance of registration certificate and other trademark follow-up services.

2. When a market entity has one of the following circumstances, it can apply for accelerated review:

(1) The enterprise applies for listing;

(2) Trademark Pledge financing;

(3) Customs trademark registration;

(4) Investigation and handling of trademark infringement cases;

(5) Trademark confirmation cases in administrative procedures Trial;

(6) Needs for litigation cases in judicial procedures;

(7) Needs for administrative licensing, administrative filing and other matters;

(8) Major The needs of commercial activities, such as products entering shopping malls, supermarkets or e-commerce platforms, bidding;

(9) Other reasonable reasons that require expedited review.

3. Application document requirements for accelerated review:

(1) Application for accelerated review.

The application for accelerated examination must state the reasons for requesting accelerated examination, specify the contact person and contact number, and attach evidence materials related to the accelerated examination. The applicant must promise that the reasons for accelerated review and the relevant evidence materials submitted are true and accurate, and will not pay any fees in any form to any unit or individual when handling the application for accelerated review.

(2) Copy of the applicant’s identity document.

(3) If you entrust an agency to handle the matter, you must also submit a power of attorney.

4. Accelerated examination results:

If the conditions for accelerated examination are met, the Trademark Office will accelerate the examination and make an examination decision in accordance with the law; if the conditions for accelerated examination are not met, the applicant will be notified by phone of the application documents.
