How to reissue the lost Trademark Registration Certificate: The lost person submits the Trademark Registration Certificate Replacement Application, my identity certificate and other related materials to the Trademark Office, and applies for a replacement. If it is confirmed by the Trademark Office that it meets the requirements for replacement, it shall be reissued.

Article 64 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), if the Trademark Registration Certificate is lost or damaged, it shall apply to the Trademark Office for a replacement of the Trademark Registration Certificate. If the Trademark Registration Certificate is lost, a statement of loss shall be published in the trademark announcement. When applying for a replacement, the damaged Trademark Registration Certificate shall be returned to the Trademark Office. Where a trademark registrant needs the Trademark Office to reissue a certificate of trademark alteration, transfer or renewal and issue a certificate of trademark registration, or a trademark applicant needs the Trademark Office to issue a certificate of priority, he shall submit a corresponding application to the Trademark Office. If it meets the requirements, the Trademark Office shall issue corresponding certificates; If it does not meet the requirements, the Trademark Office will not handle it, notify the applicant and tell the reasons. Whoever forges or alters a trademark registration certificate or other trademark certification documents shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to the provisions of the Criminal Law on the crime of forging or altering the certificates of state organs or other crimes.
