1. Notice of acceptance

After the health product trademark registration application is submitted to the Trademark Office, the Trademark Office receives After submitting the trademark application information, the application form and all attachments will be reviewed in detail to check whether the required parts of the form have been filled in, whether the relevant information is correct, whether the required information is incomplete, and whether the fees have been paid. 3. Objection period for the preliminary announcement

There are three months after the preliminary announcement to put forward different opinions. If no objection is raised during this period, it will enter the approval stage.
