Trademark review, also known as trademark review, is a review activity in which the State Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (hereinafter referred to as the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board) refuses to accept the rejection decision, objection decision and revocation decision made by the Trademark Office and applies to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board. Generally speaking, it is a lawsuit filed by the trademark applicant or trademark owner and the Trademark Office to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board. The Trademark Review and Adjudication Board examines the decisions of the Trademark Office according to law, so as to supervise the examination activities of the Trademark Office, and it is not a procedure established for collecting money.
Although the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board and the Trademark Office work in the same building, they are two different organizations, which are not subordinate to each other and have their own responsibilities. Even on the same issue of the same trademark, the Trademark Office and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board may have their own opinions. Therefore, it cannot be considered that a trademark rejected or revoked by the Trademark Office will definitely not be supported by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board. I suggest that when a trademark is rejected or revoked by the Trademark Office, don't give up the opportunity to apply to the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board for rights protection.
