Over the past year, we have mainly done the following work:
(1) We have made great efforts to promote industrial transformation. The foundation stone of Zhongxing Agricultural Valley Industrial Park has been laid, the rural comprehensive property rights trading center has been listed, the main project of Qujialing Agricultural Products Trading Market (Phase I) has been completed, the agricultural Internet of Things production management platform and the intelligent control system of Zhaoji Smart Agriculture Park have been put into operation, and Shuangbei Agricultural Demonstration Park has been rated as one of the top ten vegetable bases in the province, Shipai "1+5" ecological civilization new rural demonstration zone and Shuanglongyuan. The planning system of Dachaihu Economic Development Zone has basically taken shape, and projects such as Jixiang Beier children's wear have settled in Chaihu Industrial Park, and the construction of immigrant ecological new city has started. The development level of animal husbandry has entered the forefront of the province, and the growth rate of aquatic products has remained the first in the province. The ratio of the output value of agricultural products processing to the total agricultural output value reached 3.28: 1, and 2 leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization and 176 enterprises with "three products and one standard" were newly added. "Longchiqiao" was recognized as a well-known trademark in China. The comprehensive mechanization level of main crops cultivation and harvest reached 75%, and the comprehensive utilization rate of straw reached 83%. In the whole year, 245 new projects with more than 1 million yuan were started. The construction of projects such as Gemei East District, Jingjun Auto Parts, Pipe Gallery Project of Chemical Recycling Industrial Park and Mu Yuan 4, Pig Industrial Park progressed smoothly, and projects such as Huaneng Cogeneration, Taiwan Province Baocheng Industrial Park, Yuchu Chemical Isooctane and Mingda LOW-E Float Glass were completed and put into operation. The preliminary work of oil quality upgrading and adaptive transformation in Jingmen Petrochemical Company was basically completed and entered the final review stage of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. The feasibility study report on the reconstruction and expansion of Zhanghe Airport passed the review; Menghua Railway is about to start construction, and the planning scheme of Wujing Intercity Railway has passed expert consultation and demonstration; Zaoqian expressway completed its preliminary work and signed a contract with the provincial trading company. The construction of the ring road in Jingmen City was accelerated, the second bridge of Zhongxiang Hanjiang River was started, and the reconstruction of the first-class road on Jingxin Line was basically completed. The hydraulic engineering of the first phase comprehensive wharf in Shayang Port Central Port Area was completed, and the construction of Shipai comprehensive wharf in Zhongxiang Port was started. The planning of Jingmen Modern Comprehensive Logistics Park was completed, and key projects such as wanda plaza, Duohui Agricultural Products Logistics Center, Jusihai Aquatic Products Wholesale Market and Jin Rui Logistics Park were accelerated. Special tourism activities such as the Rape Flower Tourism Festival and the Chrysanthemum Exhibition were held, and our city won the title of "the most beautiful China, a cultural and leisure tourism destination city" by Xinhuanet, receiving 21.14 million domestic and foreign tourists and realizing a comprehensive tourism income of 1.7 billion yuan. 15 village-level comprehensive service agencies were newly built and renovated, and 2 recycling sites for renewable resources were built. 3 new headquarters enterprises, with a total of 7; There are six townships with a total fiscal revenue of over 1 million yuan. The pilot project of "new agricultural fund" in Chaihu Lake was launched, and 77 "double-base and win-win" credit studios were built. Xinyangfeng and Xiongtao shares were successfully listed, 11 companies including Jinyuan Food were listed on the fourth board, Everbright Happiness International Leasing Co., Ltd., which was invested by the city, was established in Shanghai Free Trade Zone, and Jingmen SME Incubation Base of Shanghai Equity Custody Trading Center was settled. The pace of building new districts in counties (cities, districts) has been accelerated. Zhongxiang was selected as "3 Most Beautiful Counties in China in 214", and Jingshan became the first provincial-level ecological county in the province. Ten towns, such as Qianchang, Hougang, Ziling, Zhanghe and Tuanlin, were shortlisted as national key towns, and Huji was among the top ten towns in the province. 155 new rural communities have been built. The construction of 29 rural sewage treatment stations was completed, and the collection, transportation and treatment system of rural domestic garbage was continuously improved. Strengthen the law enforcement of land and mineral satellite films, and our city is listed as a pilot city for the reclamation and utilization of industrial and mining wasteland in China. The base has afforested 156, mu and built 654 kilometers of green passages. 139.56 kilometers of secondary roads, 247 kilometers of county-level roads and 686 kilometers of village-level roads will be built.
