● Feeding

1. Loosen the fixing screw on the right side of the feed shaft, and take out the tight cloth sleeve.

2. After pushing the bearing to the left, wind it on the rolled cloth.

3. Put in the tight cloth shaft sleeve and put it back in place.

● Get dressed.

1. As shown in the cloth working path diagram of the hot cutting machine, pull the cloth upward and reach one of the receiving shafts.

2. Turn on the edge switch on the control panel to aim the electric eye at the edge.

● A set of paper receiving rings

1. Remove the take-up reel and put it on the fixing frame of the paper discharge ring of the workbench.

2. Prepare paper loops for rolling cloth strips.

3. With reference to the tape measure, stagger the paper receiving rings into two receiving and distributing shafts according to the order of cutter sizes.

4. After the latex strip penetrates into the groove of the take-up and distribution shaft, it is pushed upward from the groove to the shallow end to tighten the paper ring.

● Heating

Press the heating on button to start heating, and the thermostat is energized to set the temperature. Control panel description.

● Temperature and speed settings

1 Depending on the fabric, the setting temperature is generally between 300℃ and 380℃.

2 When the temperatures displayed by the three thermostats all reach the set data and are relatively stable, it is appropriate to set the trial cutting speed frequency to [5.00].

● Trial cutting

Press the advance and retreat knife switch and try to cut the cloth by hand. When the cut length can touch the cloth take-up shaft, press the forward and backward knife switch to stop the machine.

● Preparation of receiving materials

When the trial cut cloth can meet the requirements, cut the uncut cloth at the beginning, tie the front end of the cloth tightly, stagger it up and down in sequence, and stick it on the delivery ring with adhesive tape. Tie the selvage on the selvage collecting shaft and wind it.

● Start cutting.

1, press the forward and reverse knife switch to close the knife and cut the material.

2. Pay attention to whether the cut cloth meets the requirements during operation; Whether the tightness of the received materials is moderate; Whether the winding is neat or not.

3. After the cutting operation is stable, quickly adjust the speed and pay attention to properly adjust the temperature.

● Stop blanking.

1, when the cloth is about 2 meters left, turn off the potentiometer switch on the speed regulating frequency and press the advance and retreat knife switch to stop.

2. Cut off the uncut cloth at the end, and stick the cloth strip on the cloth roll with adhesive tape to prevent it from scattering.

3. Remove the cloth take-up shaft, put it on the blanking frame of the workbench, rotate it downward with a little force, loosen the rolled cloth roll and pull out the latex strip.

4. Push out the cloth roll and fold the package.

● Pay attention to cooling

When the machine works for a long time, in order to prevent the drum contacting with the cutter from overheating, the cooling water pump should be turned on when the machine is started to cut materials, so as to keep the drum at a low temperature. Pay attention to the water in the water tank; Motor reverse rotation (refer to the label on the motor body). If there is inversion, any two of the three incoming lines of 380V can be switched.
