The importer chooses in SABER system.

Pay PC certificate fee

Submit the approved documents to SABER system.

Issue PC certificate, valid for 1 year.

The second stage: shipment of CoC certificate (inspection certificate)

The organization submits an application for CoC shipment to SABER system;

Confirm the validity of PC certificate;

Pay the certification fee for shipping CoC;

Issue CoC certificate of shipment, which is only applicable to this batch of imported goods.
