The famous breads in Chaoshan area are Chaoyang Guiyu Bread and Chaozhou Bread. But Guiyu now has serious water and air pollution; Yixi in Chaozhou (pronounced as "narrow stream" in Chaoshan dialect) is also good.

Guiyu's is a small fork sesame seed cake, and Chaozhou's is bigger.

If you are in Shantou city, the biscuit factory will get by. The biscuit factory is located at the junction of Zhangshan Road and Jinsha Road, close to the overpass and bicycle shop.
