When applying for a trademark, some special characters are not allowed to be used according to regulations.
Trademark Law provides: Article 10 The following trademarks may not be used by merchants as trademarks:

(4) The same as those indicated The official labels, logos and inspection seals that control and guarantee the product are the same or more recent, except for those that have been removed with authorization;
(5) Names and emblems that are the same or similar to the "Red Cross" or "Red Crescent";
(6) Those with ethnic discrimination;
(7) It is deceptive and can easily lead the public to misunderstand the quality, quantity, characteristics or place of origin and production of the product;
(8) It is harmful to the public; The influence of socialist ethics or morals or other negative influences.
The names of administrative administrative divisions at or above the county level or foreign place names known to the public shall not be used as trademarks. However, except for cases where the place name has other meanings or is an integral part of a collective trade mark or certification mark, registered trademarks using place names will continue to be valid.
Article 11 The following marks may not be registered as trademarks:
