1. Acceptance of trademark registration notice
After paying the fee, the Trademark Office will first examine all the attachments such as the registration application form and trademark samples in detail to see if the parts to be filled in the application form have been completed.
Whether the relevant information is correct and the required information is complete. It is expected that the Trademark Office will issue an acceptance notice in about 20 working days.
2. Review:
The Trademark Office will check whether the relevant trademarks are distinctive and meet the registration requirements stipulated by Chinese trademark laws and regulations. If passed, the application process will enter the next stage: the preliminary examination announcement stage.
3. Newspaper announcement:
The announcement of preliminary examination lasts for three months. If no one raises an objection, the trademark can be successfully registered.
4. Registration:
After the trademark registration is approved, the details of the trademark will be recorded in the registration book and a registration certificate will be issued to the applicant. The registration date will be traced back to the date of submitting the application, in other words,
