What is AirPlay?

Airplay can transfer videos, audio and pictures from devices such as iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to third-party certified devices. The transmission carrier is WiFi, which is essentially different from Bluetooth wireless.

Mobile phones, computers, routers and Airplay speakers are all similar, and they all support Wi-Fi operators, but it is not enough to have WiFi signals. We also need to add the Airplay protocol to let these devices know what they are transmitting.
