Gas stations need to apply for an industrial and commercial business license. The application process is as follows:

1. Prepare materials. My ID card and a copy, foreigners also need a temporary residence permit and a copy, a house rental contract or real estate certificate of the business location and a copy, and two one-inch color photos of myself without a hat. 2. After determining the company type, name, registered capital, shareholders and capital contribution ratio, you can go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to submit an application for verification on-site or online. After passing the verification, confirm the address information, executive information, business scope, and submit the pre-application online. After passing the online pre-examination, go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to submit application materials according to the scheduled time;

3. After receiving the notification of approval of establishment registration, bring the notification of approval of establishment registration and the original ID card of the person in charge to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to collect the business Original and copy of license. The business license is divided into original and duplicate, both of which have the same legal effect. The original copy shall be placed in a conspicuous place at the company's residence or business premises, and the business license shall not be forged, altered, rented, lent or transferred. Industrial and commercial enterprises or self-employed individuals without a business license are not allowed to open their business. They are not allowed to engrave official seals, sign contracts, register trademarks, or publish advertisements, and they are not allowed to open bank accounts.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China"

A company established in accordance with the law shall be issued a company business license by the company registration authority. The date of issue of the company's business license is the date of establishment of the company.

The company's business license shall state the company's name, address, registered capital, business scope, name of the legal representative, and other matters.

If the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall handle the change registration in accordance with the law, and the company registration authority shall renew the business license.

Article 8

A limited liability company established in accordance with this Law must indicate the words "limited liability company" or "limited company" in the company name.

A joint-stock company established in accordance with this Law must indicate the words joint-stock company or joint-stock company in the company name.
