1. Education category:
(1) Admissions advertisements for private schools and training institutions. “The most popular ones” must not appear in advertisements. Words such as "good", "senior teacher", "famous brand" etc.
(2) Admission advertisements or brochures for cultural guidance. The words “best”, “best”, “gold medal”, “famous brand”, “excellent teachers” and “senior teachers” are not allowed in the advertisements. and other terms.
2. Real estate category:
(1) The use of promotional words must be standardized: it is stipulated that there are some restricted areas in the use of words in real estate advertisements: No. 1, only, chief, and building king are not allowed. , top quality, champion, out-of-print and other absolute and exaggerated expressions of real estate projects and similar words;
Comprehensive evaluation of real estate projects such as comparisons and rankings that have not been confirmed by the government or government functional departments shall not appear ;
Disguised financing content such as financing, return-on-cost sales, and after-sales leasing is not allowed, there are no promises of appreciation or investment returns, and no feudal superstitious content such as Feng Shui or divination is allowed.
(2) Do not abuse the lowest price to attract customers: it is stipulated that if the words "starting price", "lowest price" and other words are used to describe the real estate price, the font and size should be the same; for the use of "fixed price", "clearing price" "" and other words to describe the price of real estate, if it is only the price of a specified house, it must be clearly stated, otherwise it will be deemed to refer to the price of all houses for sale.

1. Do not use "best", "best", "most famous", etc. when reporting various facts, especially products and commodities. Words with strong evaluative color.
2. The "Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China" was adopted at the 10th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China. Passed on October 27, 1994, it is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect on February 1, 1995.
On the afternoon of April 24, 2015, the third draft of the revised Advertising Law was voted and approved at the 14th meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress. A new provision in the voting draft stipulates that those who use the Internet to publish advertisements without clearly indicating a closure sign to ensure one-click closure will be fined not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 30,000 yuan.
