The elderly at home were induced by the advertisement of "Lemujian 100" mushroom mycelium nutrient solution released by Tianjin TV and radio stations. At the beginning of February 2007, they bought this health care product for their little grandson at the Golden Elephant Pharmacy in Yuejin Road, Dongli District. After taking it for more than a month, I didn't see any curative effect such as "eat well, sleep well, grow taller, get sick and be picky about food", but my face turned yellow and my bags under my eyes turned blue. In addition, it is noticed that the inner packaging of the product has no marks such as production date, standard and quality inspection. After online inquiry, more doubts and insider information were found: the product name corresponding to the approval number in the health food catalogue approved by the Ministry of Health was "Xidakang brand" mushroom mycelium nutrient solution, not "Lemu brand" (the manufacturer called "Lemu" as its newly changed brand name and was applying for registration, but it was not approved). At the same time, it was found that the product was exposed as one of the top five false advertisements in 2004, and was characterized as commercial fraud by Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce (details are attached). It can be seen that after the product was exposed and investigated in Beijing, it changed its face and went to Tianjin to continue to deceive and mislead consumers with illegal and false advertisements. However, this time, the target consumer group is aimed at parents, and the "suitable population" is changed from cancer patients to children. However, this product indicates that its main raw material contains vitamin E. "Vitamin E is a hormone, and children are prone to precocious puberty" (attached information). More importantly, after verification by the state and the US Food and Drug Administration in Tianjin, the advertisement of this product in Tianjin TV station was released illegally and falsely without approval, which defrauded consumers.
