The application process for a trademark digital certificate is as follows:
1. Apply for a "trademark digital certificate"

2. Download and install the digital certificate driver and security control
Log in to the homepage of the trademark online application system, download the digital certificate driver and security application control software, and follow the instructions of "Trademark Digital Certificate (KEY) Installation Guide" for installation. For details, please refer to the "Trademark Digital Certificate (KEY) Installation Guide" and "Trademark Digital Certificate (KEY) Usage Precautions".
3. Make an online declaration
Select "Trademark Agency Login", insert the digital certificate, enter the PIN code, click "Login" to enter the system, read the filling requirements and operate according to the regulations.
4. Pay trademark fees
To submit an online application for trademark registration, the trademark agency should pay the trademark fee in full to the Trademark Office. For details, please refer to the "Instructions for Online Trademark Application and Payment".
5. Online application for trademark registration and submission of materials
After applying for trademark registration online, you can check and check the application information through "My Account - My Application" to confirm whether Once submitted successfully, the application can be modified or deleted on the same day.
Since May 1, 2014, there is no need to submit paper documents for registration applications, but if the applicant claims priority, he should submit paper priority certification documents to the Trademark Office as required.
