The first general rule

1. In order to improve the creative level of booth design and construction of China International Professional Audio, Lighting, Musical Instruments and Technology Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as PLAM Exhibition), create a good exhibition environment, ensure the safety and environmental protection of the booth, and put an end to illegal acts in booth design and construction, the Organizing Committee of Palm Exhibition decided to carry out prize-winning activities in booth design and construction of Palm Exhibition, and these rules are specially formulated.

2. This award selection is open to all exhibitors of Palm Exhibition.

Article 2 Time for awarding prizes

Article 4 Conditions for Participation

1. Booths that have formally signed a booth lease contract with the organizer or organizer and whose exhibits are within the scope specified in the exhibition can participate in the awards;

Two, one of the following circumstances, the booth is disqualified or invalid;

1. The pictures, characters, charts and other materials displayed in the booth violate the provisions of national laws and regulations such as the Intellectual Property Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Patent Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Copyright Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC);

2. The booth decoration materials and the Safety Standards for the Construction of Temporary Facilities such as Booths in the design, construction and exhibition industries are not up to standard.

3. The back of the booth structure is not beautified in the audience's sight.

Article 5 Reference content of booth design and construction creativity award

I. Audio-visual design of booth

1, whether the booth is transparent makes the audience clear at a glance;

2. Whether the booth is orderly and makes the audience feel comfortable;

3. Whether the sound quality of the booth is appropriate to make the audience feel happy;

4. Whether the booth fully reflects the corporate culture;

5. Does the booth fully display the image of enterprise spirit?

Second, the technical performance of the booth

1, whether the booth fully demonstrates the technical performance of the exhibits;

2. Whether the booth structure is simple and easy to install and disassemble.

Third, the booth safety performance

1. What is the security and fire protection performance of the booth?

2. What is the environmental protection and energy saving performance of the booth?

Article 6 Incentive Measures

Awards are voted by the audience.

Program settings:

First, the printed votes will be selectively distributed to professional audiences who are interested in participating in the awards;

Second, according to the reference content of the award and the category and quantity of the award, the participating professional audience shall fill in the name of the enterprise to be selected for the award, booth number, award attributes, etc. , and hand it over to the organizing Committee staff to receive small souvenirs of the exhibition before the closing of the day;

3. The organizing committee will count the votes when organizing the strength, and determine the winners according to the number of votes. The number of winners is greater than the amount stipulated in Article 3 of these rules, that is, if the number of votes is equal, the number of winners should be increased accordingly;

4. The Organizing Committee will draw a lottery for the professional visitors who participate in the awards (the specific measures are attached).

Seventh reward ballot statistics institutions.

Three staff members designated by the organizing Committee and three staff members of exhibitors form a statistical group.

Four of them are responsible for the statistical list, and two are responsible for the review and confirmation.

Measures for awarding prizes and drawing prizes for professional visitors participating in the exhibition

In order to improve the participation enthusiasm and selection quality of professional visitors, the Palm Exhibition Organizing Committee decided to carry out prize-winning activities for professional visitors who participated in the Palm Exhibition booth design creativity award. Specific measures are as follows:

1, respectively, count the number of participating votes selected by audio, lighting hall (including international) and musical instrument hall (the unqualified votes are invalid, and the invalid votes are invalid);

2. Sort according to the selection rate from big to small;

3. If there are no special circumstances, the selection rate of 1 will win the first prize; The selection rate of audio and lighting halls is 2: 5, and the selection rate of musical instrument halls is 2: 4, winning the second prize; The selection rate of the sound and light hall is 6 to 15, and the selection rate of the musical instrument hall is 5 to 10, which won the third prize;

4. 5. Prize value:
