Why should South Korea "start" Changbai Mountain! Find a solution
The investigation is now reported as follows: the problems found in the investigation lack understanding of cultural phenomena involving the fundamental interests of the country, leaving hidden dangers. Changbai Mountain, located in the east of our province, is a famous mountain in China. In recent years, due to the developed economy and the affluent life of the people, the development of tourism has been promoted, and Changbai Mountain has become a tourist hotspot, which has also produced some related cultural phenomena, some of which are abnormal. The first is the vague understanding of the ownership of Changbai Mountain. Changbai Mountain is the birthplace of the ancient ethnic group Su Shenzu (Manchu) in northeast China, and it has been our territory since ancient times. This point has long been recorded in ancient books such as Shan Hai Jing, and this area has always been under the jurisdiction of China government. However, when investigating local residents in Changbai Mountain area, people are very vague. When a taxi driver talked about the issue that the other half of Tianchi 1962 was allocated to North Korea, the driver said flatly, "What's the matter? I think that half should also be allocated to North Korea. Yanbian Prefecture originally belonged to others. " How ignorant this is! How weak the concept of national territory is! The second is the numbness of the name Changbai Mountain. Changbai Mountain has many names. Shan Hai Jing and Beidahuang Jing call Changbai Mountain a salt-free mountain. Later known as Gaima Mountain (Han Wei, now Linjiang City, Gaima County), Tutai Mountain (Southern and Northern Dynasties) and Taibai Mountain (Tang Dynasty), Liao and Jin Dynasties were called Changbai Mountain. In the Qing Dynasty, Liu Jianfeng recorded in Jiang Gang Zhi Lue that North Korea (South Korea) called Changbai Mountain "Baitou Mountain" and "sincerely brought a North Korean named Bai Nan to see Bai Yunfeng". It can be seen that North Korea and South Korea have different names for Changbai Mountain in China. The name of the border area has always been a symbol of national sovereignty. However, in the survey, it was found that many local people called Changbai Mountain "Baitou Mountain" with Korean names without thinking. Handkerchiefs, sun hats, mineral water, scenic postcards, maps, vests, shirts and other tourist souvenirs sold at the foot of the mountain are also marked with "Baitou Mountain" (see photo). Even in front of Yanji Railway Station, there is a huge advertisement promoting "Baitoushan XXX Company". Third, some publications introducing Changbai Mountain openly claim that Changbai Mountain is the birthplace of Koreans.

Some "tour guides" who are active among tourists only know how to promote a North Korean leader's reading desk, and in turn ask them about the Nuzhen altar in the Jin Dynasty and the "fairy bathing place" where Manchu ancestors originated, but few people know it. We believe that the above phenomenon is related to the fundamental issue of national territorial sovereignty and cannot be ignored. Northeast China, including today's Liaoning, Kyrgyzstan and Heilongjiang provinces, eastern Inner Mongolia, north of Heilongjiang, east of Wusuli River (including Sakhalin Island) and other areas, has been the territory of China since ancient times, but it is only due to historical reasons that today's pattern has been formed. For us, every inch of land cannot be lost. As we all know, one or two neighboring countries always have territorial ambitions for our country. Some of the so-called "scholars" and politicians greatly exaggerated the ancient national struggle in newspapers and works, and even regarded the people who established local political power in the Bohai Sea during the Tang Dynasty (Manchu ancestors) as ancestors, so as to vilify China as an "aggressor" (A General History of Korea compiled by the Korean Academy of Sciences), and then made territorial claims to China. Korean tourists who come to Changbai Mountain to "seek their roots" and "worship their ancestors" appear under such circumstances. Regrettably, some of our government departments have not been vigilant about this, and the broad masses of the people lack the necessary knowledge, so some businessmen and "tour guides" cater to it, which has caused the above-mentioned abnormal phenomenon. Third, some suggestions.

In view of the above situation, we put forward some suggestions:

1. Further improve the understanding of the work in ethnic areas and ethnic cultural work, give necessary economic support, strengthen political guidance, and strengthen organizational management.

2. Strengthen the national concept and patriotism education for all ethnic groups in the province, especially transnational ethnic groups.

3. As an industrial and commercial department, we should strengthen the management of plaques and advertisements registered with "Baitoushan xxx", resolutely refuse to register trademarks, advertisements and plaques that have applied for registration with "Baitoushan xxx", and immediately revoke those registered with the words "Baitoushan xxx" once found, so as to achieve the purpose of consolidating border affairs.

4, vigorously strengthen the theoretical research of social sciences in related disciplines, and give necessary support in the publication and dissemination of results.

5. Vigorously support the promotion of Manchu culture. Taking Changbai Mountain as the birthplace, Manchu created a splendid cultural history in Northeast China, and debunked the shameless slander of a few overseas careerists. Let healthy national culture give full play to the great role of consolidating border defense!
