(a) the applicant's domicile is within the administrative region of this province;
(2) The applicant is the owner of the registered trademark or a natural person, legal person or other organization that has been licensed by the owner of the registered trademark to use and apply for authorization;
(three) the trademark has been used continuously for more than three years since the date of approval and registration, and its ownership is undisputed;
(4) The goods using the trademark have excellent and stable quality and excellent after-sales service, and have a high market reputation among similar goods in the same industry;
(five) in the past three years, the economic indicators such as sales, tax payment, profit and market share of the goods using the trademark are ahead of similar goods in the same industry;
(6) The applicant has a strict trademark use and management system and protective measures;
(7) The applicant has not intentionally infringed upon the exclusive right to use a registered trademark of others in the past three years.
