Registration Instructions

All sellers must provide accurate information to Amazon and buyers and update the information when it changes. This includes:

The business name you use must accurately identify your business;

Provide the most accurate and up-to-date business address, email address, and phone number so that Amazon can respond when necessary contact you.

Make sure you use a valid international credit card and a valid billing address to charge.

Amazon may suspend or terminate your account and selling privileges if we determine that your account has been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities (for example, using an account for purchases to sell).

Preparation of registration information

Before registering a global store account, you need to prepare all the information as required, mainly including:

1. Color scan of the company's business license : Must be issued by Mainland China, Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan

Verify email

During the registration process, the seller will receive an email from Amazon containing a 6-digit verification code. If you do not receive the verification email, go to the spam box first to see if it has been classified as spam. If it still doesn't work, wait a moment and click the "Resend Verification" link on the screen.

Fill in the company information

1. Select the company address: In the "Company Address" drop-down list, please correctly select your country or region (for sellers in mainland China, select "China") ;

2. When filling in the company address, please keep it consistent with your office address;

3. Fill in the company name: When the seller fills in the legal name of the company, if it prompts that the legal name is too long , it is recommended to use all lowercase pinyin without spaces;

If the maximum input limit is exceeded, please try to fill in the main part of the company name;

Fill in the seller's personal information

If the residential address is different from the default corporate office address on the page, you can click the "Add other address" link to add a new address;

Company beneficiary: The beneficiary must be the owner or manager of the company, that is, a person who directly or indirectly owns 25 or more shares of the company, or has the right to decide on business development, or exercises management power over the company in other forms.

Bill type: We only accept bills for plumbing or natural gas, electric, water or Internet services

Bill header and address: The bill must show your full and current operating or residential address; billing requirements for corporate sellers: the bill must show the full legal name of your company or the full name of the legal representative, which also needs to be displayed on your business license

Bill format: Only color photos or color scans of bills in pdf, png, and gif formats are accepted (screenshots are not accepted)
