1. Brands in TM status cannot be authorized. TM refers to a brand that is in the process of trademark registration or in opposition to trademark registration. It does not have brand qualifications or qualifications. It just tells others "I am registering this brand and others cannot register it again." R is marked with a circle to indicate it has been registered! Real registration will require national approval and a certificate to be authorized.
