Maotai
Guizhou Maotai Liquor Co., Ltd. takes "brewing a high-grade life" as its mission and "building the first brand of distilled liquor in the world". The company owns Maotai liquor, Han sauce, Ren wine, Prince wine, welcome wine and other sauce products. Moutai is a famous distilled liquor, which is known as the national wine.
Xijiu
Kweichow Moutai Distillery (Group) Xijiu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xijiu Company) was founded in 1952 and merged into Maotai Group in 1998, which is a holding subsidiary of Maotai Group. Xijiu Liquor Company is a famous liquor enterprise in China, with an annual output of more than 3, tons of maotai-flavor high-quality liquor.
Dongjiu
Dongjiu is produced in Donggongsi Town, Huichuan District, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. It is one of the eight old famous wines in China and one of the only two national famous wines in Guizhou Province.
yaxi cellar wine
yaxi cellar wine is produced in yaxi town, about 4 kilometers southwest of Zunyi city, Guizhou province, one of the four famous towns in northern Guizhou, and it is named after its place. The unique geographical environment and climatic conditions, coupled with the traditional production technology, have created the typical characteristics of "no head to drink, no mouth to drink" and the unique style of "thick sauce tail", which is also called "Yaxixiang" in the industry. Guizhou alcohol
Guizhou alcohol wine is made from high-quality sorghum and wheat as raw materials, supplemented with local sweet spring water and refined by traditional solid-state fermentation technology. The wine is long-lasting, with the same color and taste when added with ice and water. It is of high quality and affordable, full-bodied, sweet and refreshing, and has a long aftertaste. Jinsha huisha liquor
Jinsha huisha liquor is an old-fashioned famous liquor in Bijie, Guizhou province, which is made by wheat koji, and is brewed by the production process of Maotai liquor with twice feeding, nine times cooking, eight rounds fermentation and seven times wine picking. The base liquor produced must be carefully blended, packaged and listed after three years' storage. It is the first Daqu Maotai-flavor liquor in Guizhou, which has a unique flavor of outstanding Maotai-flavor, elegance and delicacy, mellow taste, mellow body, long aftertaste and empty cup fragrance. Pingba cellar wine
Pingba cellar wine is produced in Pingba County, which is the only way for Guiyang to go to Huangguoshu Waterfall. Because its registered trademark is Jinhupai, it is also called Jinhu cellar wine. Pingba cellar liquor belongs to other fragrant liquors, and its alcohol content is 54%. Pingba cellar wine technology is unique. On the basis of traditional big and small koji technology in Guizhou, it absorbs some Luzhou-flavor wine operations. With sorghum and glutinous rice as raw materials, rice and 72 Chinese medicines are used to make Xiaoqu, and wheat and more than 3 Chinese medicines are used to make Daqu, which makes the brewed wine rich in ester flavor and comfortable medicinal flavor.
Anjiu
The production of Anjiu adopted an eclectic approach in the 197s, learning and introducing the production technology of Luzhou-flavor liquor, which made it by going up one flight of stairs by its texture. The liquor belongs to Luzhou-flavor liquor with an alcohol content of 54%. Style features: colorless and transparent, strong cellar fragrance, mellow and sweet, refreshing and not dry.
