It is a thesaurus updated online. For user thesaurus, you can use Sogou’s thesaurus backup

In settings -Thesaurus-"Thesaurus Backup" Save it and put it in the USB flash drive

When you want to use it, just import it in the location-thesaurus-"User thesaurus recovery"
