The park is the Chengdu Electronic Information Industry Base of the National Torch Plan determined by the Ministry of Science and Technology. It is also the only high-tech industrial park among the provincial development zones in Wucheng District of our city. In 2006, the park became the first development zone in western China to pass the three major international system certifications of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001.

The funds in place are 3.554 billion yuan, ranking first in the five urban districts of Chengdu; the industrial concentration rate is 71.1%, ranking second in the five urban districts of Chengdu.
