Two of the four characters in your trademark are the same as other people’s trademarks, so it does not necessarily constitute infringement. As long as your four-character trademark is a registered trademark, otherwise your trademark is similar to someone else’s trademark, which constitutes infringement. Whether a trademark is identical or similar and whether it is an infringement must be determined based on the overall meaning, pronunciation, and design of the trademark applied for registration. If the application is successful, it will not constitute infringement.
"Trademark similarity" refers to the comparison between the trademark accused of infringement and the original registered trademark. The overall structure of the trademark is similar, or the main body shape and color combination of the trademark accused of infringement are similar to those of the original registered trademark.
