3.3 Party A shall provide the Franchise Management Manual (hereinafter referred to as the Manual) within the validity period of this contract. This manual belongs to Party A. Without the written permission of Party A, Party B or the franchised enterprise shall not expand the scope of use.
3.4 Have the right to distribute the special articles, raw materials and tools of the distribution company to the franchised enterprises.
3.5 Have the right to inspect, supervise, evaluate and evaluate the service quality and commodity quality of the franchised enterprise in various forms at any time. In business guidance, help solve management and technical problems in production and operation.
3.6 Have the right to inspect and audit the financial status of franchise activities.
4. Rights and obligations of Party B

4.4 Party B shall ensure that the franchised enterprise conducts franchise management according to the contents of Party A's manual and relevant regulations.
4.5 Party B shall not use the franchise outside the franchised enterprise, and shall not transfer or license the franchise to others.

5. Personnel sent by Party A

6, the use of trademarks
6. 1 In the contract only, the following terms are defined as follows:
"Trademarks" refers to all trademarks registered by Party A and/or any other marks or special marks related to the trademarks.
6.2 Party A is the legal owner of the registered trademark (hereinafter referred to as Shangcun), and Party B shall sign the Trademark License Contract with Party A within days from the date of signing this contract. Party B shall ensure that the franchised enterprise complies with the relevant provisions of the franchise right.
6.3 When Party B and the franchised enterprise have service quality and product (commodity) quality problems due to their own management responsibilities, which cause damage to Party A's trademark reputation, they shall compensate Party A for the resulting economic losses.
6.4 Party B and the franchised enterprise shall not expand the scope of use of the trademark in any form or method, make and use a trademark logo similar or deformed to the trademark licensed in this contract in any way, or apply for registration of the trademark in other countries or regions in any way and name.
6.5 Without Party A's written consent, Party B and the franchised enterprise shall not use Party A's trademark-specific goods outside the franchised enterprise, or engage in any activities that damage Party A's reputation.
7. Confidentiality
7. 1 party b and the franchised enterprise shall keep confidential the contents contained in the manuals and other materials formulated or approved for the performance of this contract. Without the prior written consent of Party A, Party B and the franchised enterprise shall not copy, record or otherwise disclose to others.
7.2 Party B and the franchised enterprise promise not to disclose any confidential information, knowledge and business methods they know for the benefit of other people, organizations and companies during the whole contract period and several years after the expiration of the contract.
