The teaching area of a university is a construction area of the second phase mechanical and electrical installation project (the first bid section) of xxxxxx construction engineering campus. The area includes eight single buildings, including international building, medical building, library, comprehensive building, office building, great hall, acupuncture building and nursing building, with a total construction area of 6,543,800 square meters. It has the characteristics of large project scale, large number of single buildings, wide building area, large working face at the same time, high construction quality and technical requirements, and tight construction period requirements. When this scheme was compiled, the work of "three links and one leveling" on the construction site was basically ready and the ground was hardened.

This project mainly needs mechanical hoisting: construction tools, such as shearing machine, TMD flange machine, etc. Building materials, such as galvanized coils. Install equipment, such as large air conditioners, fans, water supply equipment, etc.

Second, the choice of lifting equipment

According to the characteristics of this project, two hoisting methods are selected for materials and equipment that need mechanical hoisting in this project. One is a truck crane, which has the advantages of fast transfer, flexibility and little damage to the road surface. However, when lifting, the feet must fall to the ground, and the work site must be flat and compacted to ensure smooth and safe operation. One is tower crane, which has the advantages of large lifting height and wide effective working range, but it is inconvenient to transfer and has poor flexibility. The combination of two hoisting equipment can completely realize the hoisting task of this project.

Three. Determination of hoisting method and technical measures

1, determination of construction method

According to the actual hoisting parameters, structural characteristics and construction site conditions, different hoisting equipment and methods are adopted. Tower cranes are generally used to hoist high-rise materials and equipment. For low-rise materials and equipment requiring mechanical hoisting, one truck crane can be used for small and medium-sized ones, and two truck cranes can be used for large ones.

2. Determination of equipment lifting point and selection and installation of lifting lug.

If there are lifting lugs on the equipment body, you can use your own lifting lugs; If there is no lifting lug on the equipment body, the lifting lug for installing the equipment shall be selected and manufactured according to the requirements of field equipment hoisting and relevant specifications. Generally, materials consistent with the body should be selected when making lifting lugs, and the materials should be inspected.

3, hanging beam design check and sling calculation and selection

Before hoisting the equipment, the weight and structure of the hoisting equipment must be carefully analyzed and calculated, the reasonable hoisting beam should be designed, and the appropriate hoisting machinery should be selected. In the selection of slings, it is necessary to determine the allowable stress of various wire ropes through specific calculation formulas. The reduction factor, unbalance factor, dynamic load factor and safety factor should be considered in the calculation.

4, winch dragging transport method

In the process of lifting, the winch is generally used to pull and transport. This method needs to design a steel wire bundle row with a traction hoist in front. This method requires the equipment to slide on the road surface, and the road surface should be not only compacted, but also flat. In the process of operation, the overall coordination of hoisting and operation are required to ensure the continuity and stability of hoisting process.

5, equipment skirt reinforcement measures

If the equipment is heavy and large, the stress on the tail skirt is concentrated during lifting. In order to prevent the deformation of the skirt during hoisting, it is necessary to take reinforcement measures at the bottom of the skirt, and add triangular support frames or cross support frames to reduce the deformation of the skirt during hoisting, so as not to affect the positioning speed of the equipment.

Fourth, hoisting steps

1, equipment comes into play, platoon.

With all the preparations completed, we began to organize the mobilization, arrangement and hoisting of equipment.

2. Preparation before hoisting

Before the equipment is hoisted, it must be inspected and verified comprehensively and carefully. Check whether the equipment installation datum mark and azimuth line mark are correct; Check whether the lifting lug of the equipment meets the lifting requirements.

3. Connection of lifting rigging

It mainly includes the lifting lug of pulley, the tension test and direction adjustment of electric hoist, the setting of traction and drag system, etc.

4. Trial hoisting

Check and confirm before trial hoisting; The general hoisting commander shall disclose the hoisting operation; The main points and contents of arranging supervision positions; Lift and put it down for many times, so that all parts are coordinated and safe; Review the changes of each part, etc.

5, hoisting in place

The commander-in-chief officially ordered the deputy commander to check the standby situation of each post and check whether the command signal system is normal; Each post reports the preparation situation and informs the podium in time with signals; When the equipment is 500-800 mm away from the temporary support, the equipment shall be officially hoisted and stopped, and further inspection shall be made. Each post should report whether the situation is normal; Remove equipment support and ground sundries, and continue lifting.

6. Hoisting example

Take the hoisting process of a 32-ton equipment as an example. The hoisting process can be divided into two steps:

Step 1: Hoist the equipment. Lift the equipment from the ground to a height of 7.800 meters.

In order to make full use of the lifting lugs of the equipment, reduce other auxiliary work, ensure the hoisting safety of the equipment and meet the requirements of the construction progress, the equipment is hoisted by two 90-ton truck cranes. Considering the large size of the equipment and the hoisting of the whole machine, it is necessary to reserve equipment hoisting holes on the external wall of the second floor. Two 90-ton trolleys set on the ground are used to hoist the equipment to the second floor through the equipment hoisting holes, and then the refrigeration equipment is transported away by the horizontal transportation belt roller. Specific hoisting procedures are as follows:

1) clear the obstacles at the hoisting site and do a good job of maintenance;

2) Prepare hoisting equipment and machinery, and install and fix manual hoists at the top of reserved holes in civil engineering;

3) transport the equipment to the hoisting site, unpack the equipment, check the lifting lugs of the equipment, and protect the edges and important parts of the equipment;

4) Set the manual lifting and dismantling equipment transport bottom row in the lifting hole (because the original equipment transport bottom row is not suitable for use in a narrow machine room);

5) Hoist the equipment to 20 mm from the ground for trial hoisting, and check whether the crane, spreader and lifting lug are normal;

6) Use two 90-ton truck cranes to lift the equipment outside the reserved hole in civil engineering;

7) Loosen the hook of the crane and replace it with the preset manual hoist; Through the cooperation of the manual hoist and the crane, the equipment is gradually pulled into the building, and at the same time, the equipment is placed on the bottom row and rolling bar of the horizontal transportation track;

8) Remove the equipment, repeat the above steps, and hoist the second equipment; (See attached drawing for hoisting process)

Step 2: Put the equipment in place. The equipment was moved to a position on the floor.

After the equipment is hoisted to the floor, it must be quickly removed to provide a hoisting site for hoisting the next equipment. Because the equipment is located on the floor of 7.800 meters, it is impossible to install the equipment in place with large mechanized equipment such as cranes. Considering the large weight and volume of the equipment, it is necessary to lay a track at the bottom of the equipment so that the equipment can be installed in place. According to this hoisting idea and the actual situation of civil engineering on site, the horizontal transportation track adopts channel steel or track laid along the installation position of the equipment, and seamless steel pipe is set between the track and the equipment base as the rolling rod, the building constructional column and the equipment foundation as the anchoring point, and electric hoist and guide pulley are set at the same time. Start the winch to horizontally pull the equipment to the equipment base, then lift the equipment from the transportation base and the rolling bar with a jack and move it away, and finally complete the equipment positioning. Equipment in place installation procedures are as follows:

1, clean up the site and lay the track along axis B;

2. Use constructional column and equipment foundation to set traction anchor point;

3. A transport bottom row and a rolling rod are arranged between the equipment base and the horizontal transport track;

4. Connect the electric hoist with the equipment reliably (it is best to choose the lifting point for the bolt node, and choose the stress point of the equipment if it is difficult).

5. Start the tractor to transport the equipment horizontally to the equipment foundation (the traction speed is not easy to be too fast to ensure the smooth progress of the equipment);

6. Install the equipment in place with a jack, and dismantle the construction tools (refrigerators should be installed one by one from far and near, and the equipment translation process is shown in the figure below).

Verb (abbreviation of verb) matters needing attention

1, the installation of command system is the most important core of equipment hoisting, and it is also the key to the success or failure of hoisting. Therefore, a hoisting leading group should be set up, a perfect and efficient hoisting command and operation system should be formulated, and a site hoisting post setting plan should be made, so that the whole hoisting process can be carried out orderly and smoothly.

2. As the hoisting operation of large-scale equipment, a set of strict and effective management measures must be formulated, so that every staff member present is clear about their responsibilities to ensure the success of hoisting.

3. The crane used in the construction site shall strictly implement the principle of "ten no-lifting", that is, "unknown weight, unclear soil, unclear signal, unclear lifting objects, no lighting at night, non-compliance of slings, loose binding of lifting objects, people getting up and down the lifting objects, and no lifting with wind above level 6".
