Ukrainian trademark review process: the application documents with complete application documents will be awarded the application date after acceptance. After the application for trademark registration is accepted, the applicant may make corrections within 2 months or according to the examination requirements. If the applicant fails to make corrections as required within the prescribed time limit, it shall be deemed as giving up the application. During the substantive application, the Patent Office may require the applicant to submit necessary supplementary documents, which shall be submitted within 2 months.
