Beijing Ziguang Electronics Company is affiliated to Tsinghua Unigroup

Beijing Ziguang Electronics Company was established in August 1992 and is located at the east gate of Tsinghua University, Haidian District, Beijing. Its main products are concentrated in Information technology, electronic products and other major fields.

In 1988, Tsinghua University Science and Technology Development Corporation was established, the predecessor of Ziguang. In 1993, Tsinghua University Science and Technology Development Corporation was renamed as Tsinghua Unisplendour (Group) Corporation, and the "Unisex" trade name was established. In 1999, Tsinghua Unigroup (Group) Corporation initiated the establishment of Tsinghua Unigroup Co., Ltd., which was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in November of the same year. In 2006, Tsinghua Unigroup successfully completed the share-trading reform and changed its name to Unisoc Group Co., Ltd. In 2008, the "UNIS" trademark of Ziguang Co., Ltd. was recognized as a well-known trademark in China.
