1. Even if the business amount is 1 million, it has reached the standard of particularly serious circumstances, and the statutory punishment is fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years.

2. Probation can only be applied to fixed-term imprisonment of less than three years. If there are no other circumstances of lighter or mitigated punishment, the possibility of probation is not great. 3. In any of the following circumstances, it belongs to the "especially serious circumstances" stipulated in Article 213 of the Criminal Law, and should be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of more than three years and less than seven years for counterfeiting registered trademarks. And impose a fine:

(1) the amount of illegal business operation is more than 25, yuan or the amount of illegal income is more than 15, yuan; (2) two or more registered trademarks are counterfeited, and the amount of illegal business operation is more than 15, yuan or the amount of illegal income is more than 1, yuan; (3) other circumstances are particularly serious.
