Ningde's tea industry is very famous in history. Tan Yang congou, as a representative, won the gold medal of the Paris International Food Expo with Maotai in 19 18, and the output value of tea industry accounts for about 70% of Fujian province. The first tea professional school in Fujian Province was also built in Fu 'an City, Ningde.
Ningde is rich in: black tea, green tea, white tea and scented tea, with excellent quality and many famous teas.

Tianshan green tea
Ningde County Records: Tianshan green tea was a cake tea in the Song Dynasty, and tea cakes were made in the Yuan and Ming Dynasties for gifts and sacrifices. In the forty-six years of Qingganlong (178 1), the annual output of "bud tea" was listed as a tribute. After the Ming and Qing Dynasties, green tea was mainly fried. Later, in order to meet the needs of scented tea production, it was reformed into baking green tea. Picking one bud, two leaves or three leaves, deactivating enzymes, kneading and drying. Known for its high fragrance, strong flavor, green color and foam resistance, it is an excellent raw material for scenting scented tea.
Fuding baihao silver needle
Bai Hao Silver Needle has beautiful appearance, thick bud head, thick hair and luster. The soup is clear in color, apricot yellow, elegant in aroma and mellow in taste. Fuding Dabai Tea is produced in Taimu Mountain, Fuding. Taimushan has a long history of producing tea. Some people have analyzed that "White Tea Mountain in Yongjia County East" in Lu's Tea Classic refers to Taimu Mountain in Fuding. In Xiao Min Ji written by Zhou Lianggong in Qing Dynasty, it was mentioned that there was a famous tea called "green snow bud" in Taimu Mountain in Fuding in ancient times, and now it is called "white hair". In this way, Fuding Dabai tea varieties and Bai Hao silver needles made from its buds have a long history.
Berlin kungfu
According to historical records, "Bailin Kung Fu" flourished around 1950s, about 150 years ago. In 185 1 year, Dong Tiangong already included the name of "Kung Fu" in Wuyi Record. Its preparation method originated in all parts of Fujian, earlier than Anhui Qimen black tea. At that time, tea merchants in Fujian and Guangdong operated Kung Fu black tea in Fuding, with Berlin as the distribution center, and widely collected black tea from Berlin, Cui Jiao, Shi Fanxi, Huanggang, Hulin, Pingyang, Taishun and other places in Zhejiang, and then refined it with special technological standards and exported it to the ocean. "Berlin Kung Fu" is famous all over the world.
Tan Yang kungfu
According to legend, during the reign of Xianfeng and Tongzhi in Qing Dynasty (A.D.1851-KLOC-0/874), Hu Fusi (also known as Hu) in Tanyang Village successfully tried out black tea, which was distributed to western Europe through Guangzhou. It's very popular. Tan Yang Kung Fu is made from excellent clones through primary processes such as withering, rolling, fermentation and drying, and then refined through screening, shaking cutting, winnowing, picking, reheating and homogenizing. Products include premium black tea and premium black tea.
At present, Ningde has more than 200 kinds of provincial, ministerial and national excellent products. Nine products from nine tea enterprises were awarded famous brand products in Fujian Province, six products were awarded famous trademarks in Fujian Province, and 1 product was awarded famous brand products in China. Fu 'an City and fuding city were awarded "Hometown of Tea in China" and "Hometown of White Tea in China" by the relevant state departments respectively, and won the title of national pollution-free tea demonstration county; "Fointint Yanggongfu" has been protected by the country's origin, another 9 products have been registered with origin marks, and 90 enterprises have obtained QS production licenses.
