InBev Shuanglu Beer Group originated from Wenzhou Brewery in 1972. At that time, the annual output was only 1,033 tons, creating the history of beer brewing in Wenzhou. In 1995, Wenzhou Brewery was jointly invested by China Jinda Group and Malaysian Golden Lion Group to form a non-regional large-scale Sino-foreign joint venture, and was renamed Golden Lion Beer Group. After the joint venture, technical transformation was carried out rapidly, and by 2003, the production capacity was increased from "30,000 tons" to "420,000 tons", achieving a leap from small to large.

InBev Shuanglu Beer Group has InBev Shuanglu Beer Group Co., Ltd. as its core layer, and its members include Zhejiang YingBev Yandangshan Beer Co., Ltd., Pingyang YingBev Shuanglu Beer Co., Ltd., Jinhua YingBev Shuanglu Beer Co., Ltd., Wenzhou Yingbo Shuanglu Beer Technology Center Co., Ltd. and other enterprises and scientific research institutions are headquartered in Wenzhou City. InBev Shuanglu Beer Group's "Shuanglu" and "Yandangshan" beer brands produced and sold 550,000 tons of beer in 2007, with sales revenue of 1.03 billion yuan and tax profits of 320 million yuan. In April 2005, the group was officially awarded the "Top Ten Enterprises in China's Beer Industry" by the China Beer Industry Association. On September 1, 2005, the group's leading product "Shuanglu Beer" was awarded the honorary title of "Chinese Famous Brand" by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (the only Chinese famous brand beer product in Zhejiang Province).

In the past few years, under the leadership of Chairman Shi Meibin and General Manager Chen Weimin of the group, the group’s “12345” development strategy from 2006 to 2010 has been proposed: to form or exceed a production and marketing capacity of one million kiloliters, and sales revenue. 2 billion yuan, creating a scale of 600 million yuan in tax profits; striving to build a national enterprise technology center and two national business cards for China's well-known trademarks; implementing the "Three Hundred Talents Project" strategy; consolidating and developing southern Zhejiang, central Zhejiang, and western Zhejiang- The four leading sales markets for high-end products are Jiangxi and Northern Zhejiang; striving to become one of the top five in China's beer industry. To this end, the group will build a new modern factory in Wenzhou Binhai Development Zone in 2007 with an annual output of 500,000 tons of beer.
