What do I need to prepare when applying to change my trademark agent?

To apply to change the trademark agent, you need to make the following preparations:

1. The applicant should submit a copy of the business license (stamped with a valid seal by the original issuing unit) or personal ID card Two copies.

When applying to change the name or address of a registrant, the registrant must apply for all registered trademarks together.

If applying to change the name of the registrant, the registrant must also provide an original and a copy of the certification document issued by the competent department or the industrial and commercial administration agency or the public security agency.

Changing other registration matters refers to deleting the goods or services specified in the original registration and changing the trademark agent.

2. Submit two copies of the trademark registration certificate.

3. Use a pen or ink pen to fill in a copy of the trademark entrustment agreement according to the following items:

1. The name of the client and stamp (signature): The name of the client should be the same as the one on the business license. The name or name on the personal ID card should be consistent, and the stamp or signature should be clear.

2. Address: State the province, city, county, township, village name or street house number and postal code. The telephone number should indicate the area code.

3. Entrusted matters: change of registrant’s name/address/other matters.

4. Two copies of the trademark agency power of attorney, which only need to be stamped with the applicant's seal (or signature) at the designated location.
