First, WLAN displays exclamation mark icon, but it can surf the Internet normally.
1. Up and down arrows for mobile data service display
When the WLAN network is unavailable, the mobile phone will automatically switch to mobile data access. At this point, the mobile data icon displays up and down arrows, and the WLAN icon displays an exclamation point.
2. The mobile data service is turned off, and the up and down arrows are not displayed.
Maybe the display is not normal. I suggest you reconnect to WLAN or restart your phone to see if it can be restored. If you still can't solve your problem, it is recommended that you back up important data in advance (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately) and bring the purchase voucher to Huawei customer service center for testing.
Secondly, WLAN will display an exclamation mark icon, indicating that the network is unavailable.
1. Please restart the router and try again;
2. Please restore the mobile phone network settings and try again: Open the settings, enter the restore network settings in the search field, and then click Restore network settings. (This operation will delete the connection records of WLAN and Bluetooth. )
Please contact your broadband provider to confirm whether there is a local network failure.
If the above methods can't solve your problem, I suggest you back up your data (third-party applications such as QQ and WeChat need to be backed up separately) and take the purchase voucher to the customer service center for testing.
