Yes, trademark registration can be applied directly online (but only agencies can apply online, because individuals need digital certificates, so they can't do it), or they can apply offline through paper documents. Online application is only from 8: 00 am to 4: 30 pm on legal working days, so there are restrictions, and the website of the Trademark Office sometimes cannot be opened. So it's not that fast to go offline, just in case.
