Black goat is a specialty of Shizong natural grassland, which has the advantages of fast generation, tender meat quality and high meat yield. Its meat is delicious but not fat, and it is an ideal healthy food with high protein and low fat. It is favored by sheep merchants in neighboring counties and cities and welcomed by consumers, and exported to coastal cities and developed regions such as Guangzhou and Hong Kong. On average, 40,000 black goats can be slaughtered every year, with a meat yield of 520 tons.
