Who is the owner of the Olympic trademark?
This is illegal and has commercial use. It is against the Olympic Charter to put the five-ring logo on the personal website without permission.

1979 the international Olympic Committee adopted a resolution to restore the legal status of the Chinese Olympic Committee in the international Olympic Committee. The Constitution of the China Olympic Zone formulated by the Chinese Olympic Committee stipulates: "Abide by the Olympic Charter of the International Olympic Committee"; "With the approval of the International Olympic Committee, the association has the right to use the Olympic flag and emblem, and according to the instructions of the International Olympic Committee, it is forbidden for any third party to use the above symbols in People's Republic of China (PRC)."

The Olympic rings are the symbol of the international Olympics. Article 12- 17 of the Olympic Charter clearly stipulates that the Olympic symbol consists of five Olympic rings, which can be one color or several colors. All rights of the logo belong to the International Olympic Committee. The NOCs are responsible to the IOC and implement Article 12- 17 of the Olympic Charter and its supplementary rules in their respective countries. The National Olympic Committee must take measures to prevent the use of Olympic symbols in violation of the above rules or regulations. Although national laws or trademark registration give the NOC the right to protect the Olympic symbols, the NOC can only exercise the following rights according to the instructions of the IOC Executive Board. The use of the Olympic symbols for any advertising, commercial or profit-making purposes must strictly belong to the International Olympic Committee.
