3.3 Each using department and subsidiary

4 Management Requirements
4.1 Trademark registration, renewal and change
4.1.1 Any need to add a registered trademark must be reviewed by the supervisor and approved by the group general manager , after all contents of the trademark have been reviewed, you can apply for registration.
4.1.2 In accordance with the provisions of the Trademark Law, the group office handles registration applications, renewals, changes, use licenses and other procedures in accordance with the law to obtain the exclusive right to use the trademark.
4.2 Use of trademarks
4.2.1 Licensed use
4.2.1.1 Other affiliated enterprises must complete relevant procedures to use the registered trademarks for which the company has exclusive rights. . After a written application is submitted to the company and approved by the general manager of the group, the group office will handle the trademark license contract and procedures.
4.2.1.2 The trademark license contract shall be reported to the State Trademark Office for record according to law and reported to the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce for review.
4.2.1.3 The trademark licensee cannot sublicense the licensed trademark to others.
4.2.2 Product use
4.2.2.1 When each subsidiary needs to use a trademark in its products, it should design the pattern and font of the registered trademark in the corresponding position of the product at the beginning of the design. .
4.2.2.2 The printing plates of the trademark shall be managed by the impression plate administrator in accordance with the "Impression Plate Material Management Measures".
4.2.2.3 Quality inspectors should inspect the trademarks printed on the products, and handle unqualified ones according to the "Control Procedures for Non-Conforming Products".
4.2.3 Other uses of trademarks
4.2.3.1 No person is allowed to order or make copies of graphics, words, packaging and decoration of registered trademarks without obtaining the review and consent of the trademark management department. and advertising (including gift bag cartons, hang tags, logos, reflective marks, certificates of quality and other printed and decorative trademark patterns and words). No department or individual is allowed to copy, steal or resell trademarks. Once discovered, administrative and legal responsibilities will be pursued in accordance with the Trademark Law.

4.4 Management of trademark files
After the trademark registration is approved, the group office will establish the trademark file, manage its designs, printings and registration certificates, accept trademark inquiries, and accumulate trademark information , supervise and maintain trademark credibility, be responsible for inspecting trademark usage, reporting to leading departments in a timely manner, and handling matters such as scrapped trademarks.
4.5 Legal Responsibilities
The use of trademarks must comply with registration regulations and be used legally. Trademarks must not be abused or used indiscriminately. No company or individual may counterfeit, copy and sell, or use means to damage the company's trademarks. Otherwise, it will be regarded as an infringement of our company's trademark exclusive rights and will be investigated for legal responsibility.
4.6 Additional responsibilities
If there is any conflict with national trademark laws and regulations during the implementation of these Measures, the relevant national laws and regulations shall prevail.
