The Ministry of Agriculture is responsible for the registration of geographical indications of agricultural products nationwide, and the Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Center of the Ministry of Agriculture is responsible for the examination and expert review of the registration of geographical indications of agricultural products;

3. There is no charge for the registration of geographical indications of agricultural products. The administrative department of agriculture of the people's government at or above the county level shall include the funds for the management of geographical indications of agricultural products in the annual budget of this department.

Two, the agricultural products quality and safety center of the Ministry of agriculture shall, within 20 working days from the date of receiving the application materials and preliminary examination opinions, review the application materials, put forward the examination opinions, and organize expert review. The expert review work shall be undertaken by the Registration and Review Committee of Geographical Indications of Agricultural Products. The expert review committee for the registration of geographical indications of agricultural products shall make an independent review conclusion and be responsible for the review conclusion.

2. Description of typical product characteristics and corresponding product quality appraisal report;

3, environmental conditions, production technical specifications and product quality and safety technical specifications;
