In 1977, the country's first mechanical processing production line for mustard began to be developed. The authentic Fuling mustard raw materials are bred in the special soil and water quality environment and climate. The production area is not large, mainly in Chongqing. It stretches 200 kilometers along the Yangtze River from Gaojia Town in Fengdu County to Mudong Town in Banan District, Chongqing, among which Fuling is the central main production area. Mullard originated in Fuling. Squeeze to remove the brine (salt water), mix with spices, put it into a pottery jar, seal it and store it. A jar was given to his younger brother Qiu Hanzhang who opened the "Rongshengchang" Sauce Garden Store in Yichang, Hubei Province. Qiu Hanzhang gave it to his brother Qiu Shouan at a banquet.
