The method of tearing off the label without glue: cover the trademark part of the container with a napkin, then pour white vinegar on the napkin, let it stand for 10 minutes, and then uncover the trademark, which is easy to remove. Tear off the surface part of the trademark on the vessel, and then wipe off the residual glue with an eraser.

Matters needing attention

(1) According to the type, grade, quality, characteristics of the pasted surface, use environment and user's requirements. If the label made of transparent polypropylene self-adhesive label is attached to the transparent bottle body, it can produce a sense of fashion without labels, improve the grade of goods and stimulate consumers' desire to buy.

PVC film has good flexibility, shrinkage, opacity, processing characteristics and labeling characteristics, and its color is bright, which has the function of commodity promotion.

⑵ The surface of the film self-adhesive label must be flat, dense, uniform in density, consistent in color and good in light transmittance, so as to ensure that the film absorbs ink evenly and the color difference of the same batch of printed matter is small.

(3) The thickness of the self-adhesive label shall be uniform and the strength index shall be qualified. The printing pressure applied in the printing process is related to the thickness of the adhesive. Uneven thickness and uneven printing pressure will lead to the handwriting or ink color of label printed matter. If the strength of the film is too poor, it is difficult to control the tension of the film during printing, which has a great impact on die cutting and waste discharge.
