Based on the above responsibilities, the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce has 13 internal agencies:

(1) Office.

Responsible for agency documents, information, statistics, confidentiality, security, letters and visits, etc.; responsible for agency asset management, government affairs disclosure, news release, etc.

(2) Policy and Regulations Division.

Draft relevant drafts of laws, regulations and normative documents; organize and carry out industrial and commercial administrative law enforcement supervision and hearings, undertake or participate in relevant administrative reconsideration, administrative response and compensation work; undertake to guide the supervision of administrative law enforcement behaviors in this system .

(3) Fair Trading Office (Direct Selling Supervision and Management Office).

Formulate specific measures and methods related to anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition; undertake relevant anti-monopoly law enforcement work; investigate and deal with cases of unfair competition, commercial bribery, commercial fraud, smuggling and other economic violations in the market , supervise and handle major and typical cases. Formulate specific measures and methods for the supervision and management of direct selling and prohibition of pyramid schemes; be responsible for supervising and managing direct selling enterprises, direct sellers and their direct selling activities; investigate and deal with major illegal direct selling and pyramid schemes; be responsible for coordinating relevant parties to carry out joint actions to combat pyramid schemes.

(4) Consumer Rights Protection Division.

Formulate specific measures and methods to protect consumer rights and interests; undertake the supervision and management of commodity quality in the circulation field; carry out consumer rights protection work in relevant service fields; investigate and deal with illegal activities such as counterfeiting and shoddy; undertake guiding consumer consultation, complaints, Report acceptance, processing and network system construction.

(5) Food Circulation Supervision and Management Office.

Formulate specific measures and methods for food safety supervision and management in the circulation link; organize and implement food safety supervision and inspection and related work in the circulation link.

(6) Market Regulation Management Office.

Formulate specific measures and methods to regulate market order; undertake the work of standardizing and maintaining the order of various market operations; undertake the supervision and management of online commodity transactions and related services; organize the implementation of administrative supervision and management of contracts; undertake the management of movable property Collateral registration, brokerage, and auction work; investigating and punishing contract fraud and other illegal activities; organizing and guiding the credit classification management of the commodity trading market; organizing and guiding the special market governance work.

(7) Enterprise Registration Office (Registration Office of Foreign-Invested Enterprises).

Formulate specific measures and methods for enterprise registration management; organize and guide enterprise registration management work; undertake the establishment and maintenance of enterprise registration management information database and the analysis and disclosure of domestic enterprise registration information. Formulate specific measures and methods for the registration and management of foreign-invested enterprises; undertake the registration work of foreign-invested enterprises and permanent representative offices of foreign (regional) enterprises; undertake the analysis and disclosure of registration information of foreign-invested enterprises.

(8) Enterprise Supervision and Management Office.

Formulate specific measures and methods for enterprise supervision and management; organize and guide enterprise credit classification management; investigate and deal with illegal registration activities such as false investment by enterprises in accordance with the law, and implement annual inspections of enterprises and supervision and management of intermediary agencies.

(9) Trademark and Advertising Supervision and Management Office.

Be responsible for trademark management, protect trademark exclusive rights and investigate trademark infringements in accordance with the law; formulate a province-wide trademark cultivation plan, and carry out the identification and protection of famous trademarks. Formulate advertising industry development plans, policies and measures and organize their implementation; formulate specific measures and methods for advertising supervision and management; organize, guide, supervise and manage advertising activities; organize and monitor the release of advertising in various media; investigate and deal with false advertising and other illegal activities; guide advertising review agencies and the work of advertising industry organizations.

(10) Individual Economic Supervision and Management Office.

Investigate and study the development and management of the individual economy, formulate specific measures and methods for supervision and management; guide the registration and supervision and management of individual industrial and commercial households; organize and guide the credit classification management of individual industrial and commercial households; investigate and ban illegal businesses business; guide the work of individual workers' associations.

(11) Financial Equipment Department.

Responsible for system financial management and equipment work, and responsible for the review, management, procurement and bidding of system capital construction projects.
