Article 4 The provincial quality and technical supervision administrative department is responsible for the supervision and management of Liaoning famous brand products.

Article 5 To apply for the title of Liaoning famous brand product, the following conditions must be met:

(3) Have a complete measurement and testing system and measurement assurance capabilities;

(4) Products The quality management system is sound, it has passed quality system certification or product quality certification, and no major quality liability accidents have occurred;

(5) The product complies with relevant laws, regulations, rules and industrial policies, and the physical quality of the product reaches Domestic and international similar products are advanced or in a leading position among similar products in the province;

(6) The product has a high reputation in the market and is well known to the relevant public;

(7) Economic indicators such as product sales, profits and taxes, and market share are among the best in the same industry in the province;

(8) It has a complete after-sales service system and high user satisfaction. Article 6 Anyone who falls under any of the following circumstances may not apply for the title of Liaoning famous brand product:

(3) Products that do not meet environmental protection requirements;

(4) Products that have been subject to unqualified inspections by the quality and technical supervision administrative department at or above the provincial level in the past three years

(8) Other violations of laws, regulations and rules. Article 7 The identification of Liaoning famous brand products shall be carried out once a year. To apply for the title of Liaoning Famous Brand Product, the applicant shall provide certification materials that meet the conditions specified in Article 5 of these Measures to the local municipal quality and technical supervision administrative department before March 31 of each year.

The municipal quality and technical supervision administrative department shall conduct a preliminary review within 15 days from the date of receipt of the certification materials specified in the preceding paragraph. Article 8 The Liaoning Provincial Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee shall organize a review within 30 days from the date of receiving the relevant materials reported. Any unit or individual may submit written objections to the Liaoning Provincial Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee within 30 days from the date of announcement of Liaoning Famous Brand Products. If there is no objection or the objection is determined by the provincial quality and technical supervision administrative department to be untenable, it will be officially recognized as a Liaoning famous brand product by the Liaoning Provincial Famous Brand Strategy Promotion Committee; if the objection is determined by the provincial quality and technical supervision administrative department to be established, it will not be recognized as a Liaoning famous brand. product. Article 9 The identification of Liaoning famous brand products shall follow the principles of justice, fairness, openness and science. The specific methods for certification work will be formulated separately by the provincial quality and technical supervision administrative department.
