On March 18, 1997, Jinan Tianchen Machinery Co., Ltd. was established.
At the end of 1997, Tianchen achieved good results of building a factory and producing in the same year, with sales reaching 20 million yuan. At the beginning of 1998, Tianchen Company founded "Tianchen" magazine.
In March 1998, Tianchen founded the only professional school in the industry---Tianchen Plastic Window Technical Training School.
In July 1997, it was rated as one of the top 100 private enterprises in Shandong Province by the National Bureau of Statistics.
At the end of 1997, Tianchen Company’s year-end inventory showed that its annual sales reached 87 million yuan. In February 1999, Tianchen was rated as an advanced enterprise in 1998 by the Jinan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal People's Government.
At the end of 1998, Tianchen's sales reached 180 million yuan, ranking first in the industry. In March 2000, Tianchen brought its equipment to Nuremberg, Germany for the first time to participate in the exhibition. The equipment was ordered by French merchants on the spot, which marked that China's plastic window equipment sounded the clarion call to enter Europe
In September 2000, Tianchen was in the plastic window equipment industry Passed ISO9001 quality management system certification for the first time.
In September 2000, Tianchen successfully developed an automatic plastic door and window welding and cleaning line that represents the world's advanced level, marking a major step forward for China's plastic window equipment industry towards CNC assembly lines. In early 2001, Tianchen Cotton and Linen Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established.
In May 2001, some of Tianchen’s products passed the EU CE certification.
In August 2001, Tianchen Aluminum Window Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established.
In October 2001, Tianchen Industrial Park was officially completed and put into use, marking the birth of Asia's largest plastic door and window equipment processing base.
In December 2001, Tianchen was rated as "Advanced Private Enterprise in Shandong Province" by the Shandong Provincial People's Government. In February 2002, Tianchen was rated as "Jinan City's 2001 Advanced Enterprise".
In August 2002, Tianchen Three-dimensional Parking Equipment Co., Ltd. was established. In April 2003, Tianchen was rated as an “Excellent Private Technology Enterprise” by the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology.
On April 11, 2003, Jinan Tianchen Machinery Co., Ltd. changed its name to Jinan Tianchen Machinery Group Co., Ltd. At this point, Tianchen Company has taken a big step towards the development of collectivization and industrialization.
On November 3, 2003, the Jinan Municipal People's Government issued a document agreeing to rename Dongchen Street in Jinan High-tech Zone to Tianchen Road. In January 2004, Comrade Hou Xiufeng, President of Tianchen, was rated as “Jinan City’s Top Talent in Science and Technology”.
In April 2004, Ningxia Tianchen Metallurgical Co., Ltd. invested and constructed by Tianchen started construction, and Tianchen sounded the clarion call to enter the northwest.
On October 8, 2004, Chen Jianguo, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and heads of various departments in the autonomous region came to Tianchen Metallurgical Company to inspect and guide the work.
On October 26, 2004, Tianchen won the title of "China's Outstanding Private Technology Enterprise".
On November 18, 2004, the No. 1 furnace of Ningxia Tianchen Metallurgical Co., Ltd. was successfully ignited. At this point, Tianchen has taken a big step forward on the road of strategic shift.
In December 2004, Tianchen Group was recognized as "Shandong Provincial (Level) Technology Center". In June 2005, Tianchen Group was jointly awarded "Jinan Famous Brand Enterprise" by Jinan Economic and Trade Commission, Finance Bureau, Quality Supervision Bureau, Industry and Commerce Bureau and other units.
In August 2005, Tianchen Construction Machinery Company was registered and established.
On December 21, 2005, Hou Xiufeng, President of Tianchen Group, was awarded the title of “Outstanding Builder of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in Shandong Province”. On June 16, 2006, Tianchen Garage Co., Ltd. signed the contract for the largest three-dimensional garage project in China. The garage is located in Nanjing Zhongtai International Plaza and has the largest project scale in the country.
In June 2006, Tianchen was rated as "Civilized and Integrity Private Enterprise" in Jinan City in 2005.
On September 25, 2006, the "Tianchen Industrial Park Tower Three-dimensional Garage" constructed by Tianchen Garage Company was officially completed. So far, China's first landscape tower parking garage has appeared in Quancheng.
On December 21, 2006, the national Torch Plan project "High-speed Five-Side CNC Machining Center" passed the acceptance inspection. In May 2007, Shandong Tianchen Real Estate Company was established.
In August 2007, "Tianchen" was recognized as a famous trademark in Shandong Province. In January 2008, Tianchen CNC Company was established, and tower processing equipment was officially introduced to the market.
In November 2008, Tianchen Real Estate Company successfully obtained the land development rights for a 220-acre real estate project in Xuzhou City. In March 2009, Tianchen Aluminum Machinery developed and produced "solar photovoltaic module equipment" and successfully launched it on the market.
In March 2009, Tianchen Aluminum Machinery products won the "Jinan High-tech Zone Science and Technology Progress Award".
The establishment of Tianchen Energy Investment Company in March 2009 marked Tianchen’s firm step towards the energy industry.
In July 2009, the Xuzhou "Yulong Landscape Project" officially started construction.
In August 2009, the "General Technical Standard for Aluminum Door and Window Angle Assembly Machines" formulated by Tianchen Aluminum Machinery Company was approved by the Shandong Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, strengthening Tianchen's leading position in the industry.
On August 20, 2009, the "garage anti-fall device" developed and produced by Tianchen Garage Company obtained a national patent.
