There are trainings in China National Intellectual Property Administration every year, but they are all aimed at training with a certain foundation, and the time is not long. Each course of treatment is generally six days, and each course of treatment is only two days. If you start from the beginning, it is recommended not to sign up.
The Bopai Forum is a good place. You can go there to communicate if you have nothing to do, but if you don't have any basic suggestions, don't rush there. You can't understand them basically. It's not too late to go when you have a certain foundation.
Pangu patent agency is a relatively large patent agency training institution (which can be regarded as a monopoly). I haven't heard of their courses, but their courses are definitely more detailed than those in China National Intellectual Property Administration, which can be seen from the time alone.
I still suggest you teach yourself. The following is a bibliography compiled by me based on my experience:
Suggest that you must buy books:
20 1 1 guide to the national patent agent qualification examination (this book should not be published for several months, so you can review it after it is published).
This book has nothing but laws and regulations, and there are no key marks. If there is no legal basis, it is easy to get confused. So, this is a guaranteed book. If you want to review or start all over again, don't use this book as a teaching material, but you can turn to the most authoritative version from this book when you do the questions.
Detailed explanation of the real questions of the national patent agent qualification examination over the years (fourth edition)
Pay attention to the fourth edition! (If there is a fifth edition, it will be the fifth edition) Because the patent-related law was revised a lot in 2009 and 10, many of the previous answers were wrong, so the previous version must not be taken!
This book can be combined with the above guide as a teaching material. If you don't have a foundation, I suggest you look for relevant laws and regulations from the guide while doing the problem. You have basically finished reading this book, and you have almost mastered the content of the test center. This is a book for the primary stage.
The second stage: after getting started.
Patent-related legal knowledge examination course and synchronous exercise (second edition)
Patent legal knowledge examination course and synchronous exercise (second edition)
Patent agency practice exam-oriented guide and accurate answer to real questions
These three books correspond to three exams, especially the last one. If you haven't done agency practice, the last one is collection. This is the second stage of the book. All three books focus on the topic, and there is analysis after the topic. I suggest you review the laws and regulations while doing the questions. By the time you have finished reading these three books and made it clear, your preparation for patent examination will be on a small scale.
The third stage: review later.
Fine solution to the classification of real questions in the national patent agent qualification examination over the years (second edition) (two volumes)
Analysis of 20 10 national patent agent qualification examination questions
These two books are for you to do in the final stage, which is equivalent to reviewing everything you have learned before. Remember not to buy anything from 2009 or before, when the law was different from now.
These are books that must be bought. It will take about a month or two to finish them. . . . But if you have no foundation, you should start studying and preparing at least 100 days ago. If you don't feel enough after reading all these books, you can buy some more at will, but there are not many books in this field.
I wish you success!
