From the two perspectives of industrial scale and complete supply chain, the signmaking factory in Jinxiang, Wenzhou is the highest level in the country.

Everyone knows that when it comes to manufacturing, it doesn’t make much sense to compare which manufacturer is better alone.

The picture below is the data compiled by me from previous research on the signage industry.

In 2017, there were a total of 23,738 signage manufacturers in various provinces and cities across the country (enterprise industrial and commercial information query data), mainly concentrated in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui. Among them, the specific industrial scale is Wenzhou City, represented by Jinxiang, with 1,269 companies in one city. It is the most concentrated and largest production base in the domestic signage industry.

Because my family also does signage in Jinxiang Town, Wenzhou, I also have a certain understanding of the current Jinxiang signage industry.

More than 30% of the population of Jinxiang Town is directly or indirectly engaged in this industry. Almost the entire street of Jinxiang Beimen Street is engaged in this industry. There are stores on both sides of the street and small factories behind it.
