Materials are returned. When the buyer receives the materials, he will keep the originals of the trademark certificate and notarial certificate, as well as a "Trademark Use Authorization Letter" for himself. The other materials will be stamped and sent back; 6. The transfer is completed. After receiving the materials, ChigoDian submits them to the Trademark Office to complete the trademark transfer. Personal transfer process and required materials: Submit trademark transfer information → Wait for acceptance by the Trademark Office → Trademark review stage → Issue announcement → Approval and issue trademark transfer certificate. 1. Obtain the "Notarized Certificate of Trademark Declaration", which is handled by the trademark holder and can usually be completed within a week. 3.
