The calculation formula of insurance premium is: insurance premium = insurance amount × insurance rate. If the insurance is insured at CIF or CIP price, the above formula should be changed to: insurance premium = CIF (or CIP) price ×( 1+ insurance rate) × insurance rate. According to the Regulations on Unemployment Insurance, urban enterprises and institutions pay unemployment insurance premiums at 2% of total wages.
